The overall goal of the “Tapping resources” project, funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, is to reduce poverty and to improve environmental and living conditions in Afghanistan and Armenia. This is being done through the implementation of applied, sustainable water, sanitation and agricultural projects and through capacity building and strengthening democracy.
