UNICEF has installed Dirty Water Vending Machines in Manhattan to support children with safe drinking water

Around 200 children die every day because of water-related diseases. The most common diseases among them are: yellow fever, salmonella, malaria, cholera, typhoid, dengue, dysentery. All of them affect the global poor, especially. Everyone can support UNICEF to save children from water-related diseases. It is possible to purchase a bottle of water in Dirty Water Vending Machine. Offered water has few flavors that represent water-related diseases mentioned above. 1$, price of one bottle purchase, is enough to provide 40 days of portable water for 1 child.

WECF participated at WASH symposium in Uganda
From June 20th-23rd, a WASH symposium was held in Kampala, Uganda. WECF participated in cooperation with our local partner organization ARUWE and we presented our water, sanitation and energy projects in Uganda.
