WHO’s working group on climate and sustainable development concerned with recent climate changes
World Health Organization published its 10th Europe Global Change and Health alert and introduced a new working group Climate change, green health services and sustainable development (CGS)

Dr Margaret Chan, the Director- General of the WHO stated that climate change is the price that everyone pays for policies that prefer to concentrate on economic wealth than on protection of ecological health. Her statement was made in Moscow, Russia on 14 September 2010 during sixtieth session on regional Committee.
Regional Committee urges all member states to work on the health and environmental impacts of climate change and policies related to those issues. Health system is one of the alarming issues within WHO. State members should work on financial sustinability of national health systems as on one of the most important subjests. Decision that affect health should be taken under a special considernation now a days.
