New hope for the climate? – New UN climate change negotiation round starts today
Climate Change is happening and accelerating. Strong political will and joint efforts are needed to address this threat.

WECF takes part at the negotiations with an international delegation of 10 women from Bolivia, Egypt, Georgia, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, Netherlands, Paraguay and the USA to encourage and demand more ambition to close the three important gaps of gigatonnes, between word and action and gender as Ulrike Röhr from LIFE calls it in the intervention of the women and gender constituency at the opening of the COP (conference of parties), see pdf
