WECF’s Ida Bakhturidze is actively involved in a campaign to raise the visibility of violence against women in Georgia. WECF Georgia is supporting this campaign.

The Georgian parliament will tomorrow discuss a petition that was signed and given to them by demonstrators on November 25. This petition asks the government to enforce the implementation of existing laws that are meant to protect women.
