The CLEEN Project (Civil society Local Energy Efficiency Network) is a 3-year-project funded by the European Union as “European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument”. CLEEN is led by WECF, with Ecoclub (Ukraine), Gutta-Club (Moldova) and SDC Akhaltsihke (Georgia) as partners and co-applicants.
The global objective of this project is to support active and inclusive civil society organisations who contribute to the social and economic development of partner countries. The specific objective is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations from partner countries Armenia (Lori, Shirak, Tavush region only), Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine, allowing them to improve their engagement in policy-making processes and policy dialogue. And to further develop their role as watchdog and monitoring players.
This will be done by linking them with their constituencies through a Mentoring Program in 2015 and through Sub-granting programs in 2016 and 2017.

CLEEN (Civil society Local Energy Efficiency Network) – далее именуемый ЭСКОМ «Энергоэффективность: создание коалиций на местах») – это трехлетний проект, который финансирует Европейский Союз в рамках программы «Европейский инструмент соседства и партнерства». Проект ЭСКОМ реализуется организациями «Женщины в Европе за Всеобщее Будущее» (WECF) и партнерами: Экоклуб (Украина), Gutta-Club (Молдова), Центр Общественного Развития Ахалцихе (Грузия).
Общей целью этого конкурса является поддержка активных и открытых НПО, которые нацелены на развитие социального и экономического сектора в странах-партнерах.
Конкретная задача этого конкурса состоит в развитии НПО из стран-партнеров с целью повысить их участие в процессе принятия решений и политическом диалоге. А также помочь им эффективнее осуществлять мониторинг действий власти, представительство и связи с общественностью посредством Менторской Программы (2015) и Суб-грантов (2016, 2017).
