Journalist for children and women rights and environment is an NGO of journalists who cover the topic of children, women and environment rights. We exist from 1998 and at the moment we are engaged in numerous campaigns and we also participate in a lot of international conferences were we are building and gaining on experience and knowledge. Journalist for children and women rights and environment - JCWE is non-governmental, non-party, non-profitable journalists association, established in September 1998. JCWE is a non-governmental organizations from various ethical, national and religious background and different working interest.

The vision of JCWE is youth prosperity, gender equality, guaranty of women's and children rights as human rights and elimination of the discrimination of women in the society and the family; peace and conflict resolutions; develop non conflict society; children rights and environment rights, the free of media and expression.

The mission of JCWE is support of the local organizations; support of the woman, youth and children as individual; development; citizens participation in the public life, projects; creation; new relations within the society; cooperation and mutual support; advocacy and promotion; women's rights; youth rights; children rights; struggle against the violence; abuse and trafficking of children, girls and women; equal possibilities and equal participation in all spheres of social life. Encouragement of the tolerance and dialogue, promotion and peace protection in the region, greater participation of citizens in the government and decision-making, improvement of the social and economical status of citizens and enterprise development. Since March 2002 our NGO became the leader of all of the Balkan's NGO’s for small arms and lights weapons in the region - BANSA.

Mission of JCWE

The Mission of JCWE is public understanding human rights issues. Our vision is: information, communication and education.

  • To organize journalists training
  • To create a professional interdisciplinary society consisting of experts, dealing with the problems of human rights
