Local Action Group "Valley Stobrawa" was established in 2006 as an association, which activities cover an area of two urban-rural communes (Kluczbork and Wołczyn) and one rural community (Lasowice Great) in the northern part of the Opole voivodship.

The Association currently has 60 members who represent local governments, farm tourism, rural associations, banks, private consulting companies and institutions.
In 2007, Valley LAG Stobrawa teamed up with two French Local Action Groups in the region of Burgundy.
