UNSER LAND honoured!
"Bavarian-Constitution-Medal in Silver" for the head of the Network UNSER LAND, coordinator of WECF working group on Sustainable Agriculture

Some weeks ago Elsbeth Seiltz, chairwoman and co-founder of the UNSER LAND Association, gets surprising mail from Alois Gück, president of the Bavarian Parliament. She got a correspondence, which communicated, that she will be decorated with the “Bavarian Constitution Medal in Silver”. This medal is awarded to people, who rendered outstanding services concerning the free state of Bavaria. Elsbeth Seiltz should be awarded for her engagement within BRUCKER LAND und the network UNSER LAND.
In fact this award is usually personal, Elsbeth Seiltz, accepts the price representatively for all the engaged persons, who achieved so much together within the solidarity communities and the whole network.
„We managed to deliver people in our country a very important message. Due to the work of all of us, a lot of customers have realized their power and sovereignty, to create actively the way into the future of our region, with aware consumers behavior. This is what we call an “Active Civil Society!“ so Elsbeth Seiltz.
Customers and numerous unsalaried assistants of the network showed, that citizens of the country, against all prophecy of dooms of the pessimists, feel up to take responsibility either way, announced the chairwomen. „We stay for the conservation of life resources of human beings, animals and plants in our region.”
She lauds the work of UNSER LAND and refers the award to the numerous participants of the network: „All together we went this way very successfully and that’s why I take this award representatively for the people of UNSER LAND. I’m very proud of what we built together and proud of the courage and power, on which our success is based.“
